Are there installation or monthly fees for the Battery?
Installation, maintenance, and equipment are included at no cost to you. You only pay for the energy you use every month at the price agreed upon at the onset of your contract and again after renewal.
What happens during an outage?
The battery automatically provides backup power to your home. Often without you noticing.
Can I use the EcoFlow app for my Energywell system?
You can’t use the EcoFlow app with your Energywell system because there’s nothing to manage. We take care of everything for you.
